Hi, I’m Alex,
With years of experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, coaching, and mediation for small to medium-sized organisations, plus my own journey navigating life with hearing loss, everything I create and share comes from a place of genuine understanding and is grounded in practical tools and insights.
I believe that small changes in the environment we create and in the way we communicate and interact with each other, can make a world of difference. These little adjustments can help everyone feel more comfortable, involved, and able to bring their best to any situation. That’s why I started Sense Progress Ltd, to share what I’ve learned and help make those positive changes possible!
It makes sense that when people are included, considered and truly valued, whether at work, socially or at home, they are more likely to feel a sense of belonging and be able to engage better.
I’m dedicated to supporting organisations and individuals in making work, home, and everyday life more accessible and inclusive for people with hearing loss. My passion lies in breaking down barriers and creating environments where communication can truly thrive, ensuring that everyone has equal opportunities to engage fully in all areas of life.
