Executive Coaching
Over half of 55+ year olds have some level of hearing loss – the same age group as the average age of a senior executive.
We offer 1-2-1 coaching for leaders with hearing loss.
Hi, I’m Alex,
I’m an executive-level HR professional with over 30 years’ experience across charity, healthcare, professional services, finance, retail and hospitality. I’m a proud mum of two boys and I’m lucky to have an amazing wider family and a brilliant network of friends.
I also have hearing loss.
That lived experience, combined with my commercial HR background, is why I’m on a mission to help organisations remove barriers so more customers can engage, more colleagues can contribute and performance improves as a result. Together, we make products, services and workplaces more inclusive, build experiences people can get involved with and strengthen your reputation as a values-led, people-focused employer of choice.

Customer Engagement
More than 18 million adults in the UK are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus.
That’s around one in three adults who could be among your current and future customers and who may miss key messages or struggle to engage with your products, services and communications.
We can help you be more hearing-loss inclusive.

Workforce
9 million working-age adults in the UK are affected by hearing loss so the chances are approximately 20% of your workforce will be.
Inclusive communication protects performance and wellbeing, and it reduces risk: RNID found over half of people with hearing loss have felt unfairly treated at work, while Acas data shows disability discrimination disputes are rising sharply.
We can help you make inclusion practical, consistent and embedded.

Strengthening Wellbeing
Helping develop diverse methods to engage with everyone alleviating stress building confidence and fostering a sense of belonging.
