Hi, I’m Alex,
I’m an executive-level HR professional with over 30 years’ experience across professional services, healthcare, finance, retail, charity and hospitality. I’m also a proud mum of two boys, and I’m lucky to have a brilliant wider family and a strong network of friends.
I’m hard of hearing too and that lived experience, alongside my commercial HR background, is why I’m passionate about helping organisations remove the barriers that too often get in the way for people with hearing loss.
